Throughout the gospels we see that Jesus did much of his
ministry in homes.

In the book of Acts, Luke records the tremendous growth of the early church in
Jerusalem. Small group meetings in homes were the foundation of the early
church. Acts 5:42 tells us that the people met "in the temple courts" (large
group worship) and "from house to house" (small group fellowship).
HomeTeams are a great place to build authentic life-long
friendships. Meeting together regularly for food, fellowship, and fun is key to
getting to know people and HomeTeams are a safe, friendly environment for this
to happen.

You can ask questions, participate in discussions, and hear
others share their insights and illustrations of biblical truths they are trying
to grasp.
As you apply the biblical truths discussed in HomeTeams your faith and your
relationship with God will be strengthened.
Over 50 times in the New Testament the phrase "one another" is
used to describe our relationship with other believers.
We are instructed to love one another, pray for one another,
encourage one another, bear one another's burdens, and build one another up.
